At Heiress Dresses, we’re committed to delivering modest, feminine clothing with excellence—right to your doorstep. Please review our domestic shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


🕊️ Order Processing Time

All domestic orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, new launches, or holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following U.S. shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express/Next-Day Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)

Note: Shipping time does not include order processing time.


📬 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method, and destination. Orders over $150 (before tax) may qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.


🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.


🛑 Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Heiress Dresses is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. We will do our best to assist you in locating delayed packages, but we are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or marked “delivered” by the carrier.


🏡 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees
  • Any return shipping costs incurred by our business

🔁 Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused or left unclaimed at delivery will be refunded minus:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees
  • A 15% restocking fee

🧾 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Heiress Dresses is not responsible for any delays, holds, or costs incurred due to customs.

We legally cannot mark your package as a gift or declare a lower value. All international packages will be marked accurately.


🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting your local customs office or carrier first.


💥 Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect shipping details, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping costs (if the item is to be sent again)
  • Any shipping fees incurred
  • A restocking fee of 15% (if the order is refunded)
