Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the item in new condition, has not been washed or worn (other than trying it on), still has tags attached, and we are contacted 10 business days of delivery. If an item is defective or damaged, please let us know via email at theheiressdresses@gmail.com and  detail the problem, We will follow up via email within 48 hours and may request photos for better clarification. We stand behind the quality of our items and will handle any quality issues by either replacement or refund of the item.


Before contacting us, please read our policies below:

  • Once we approve an exchange or return, the item being returned must be shipped back within 5 business days. Please provide us with tracking when shipped. If there is an issue where this is not possible, please reach out to us for alternative resolutions.
  • We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges, however we do not pay for return shipping or provide mailing labels unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • If we receive the item and it has odors (good or bad) due to wear/use, it is damaged outside of what has been previously noted, has pet hair, contents in the pockets, or other signs of clear use,  we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back.
  • Tags must not be removed.
  • Items purchased at sale prices are final sales only.
  • If you would like to initiate a return or exchange beyond the standard return window, please contact us via email. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
  • Please do not mail us your items without contacting us first. We reserve the right to refuse any unsolicited mail packages.
  • Pre-orders and Gift Cards are not refundable.
  • Exchanges are not refundable.
